realtor2.jpgWhen deciding or evaluating a property, it would be best to allow your realtor to handle the contacting of inspectors that are not only accredited but very qualified to get you the right evaluation you need. This eliminates unseen problems that might have skipped the inspectors which can be any of the following problem areas; termite damage, dry rot, structural defects, roof structural defects, septic tank evaluation, asbestos and well conditions among some of the problem areas that have to be inspected thoroughly in your interest and protection. These findings are then submitted to you whether the property is sound or for minor defects negotiations with the owners can then proceed to address them possibly even lowering the cost of the property.

For many people, the process of selling or buying property feels like a formidable chore. It’s a process that can be time-consuming, stressful, and expensive. No matter how much you research about a property and its location, it can still end up costing you more than you are prepared to shell out. And if you’re a seller who’s trying to dispose of your property, one wrong move can cost you so much time, effort and money.

One way to minimize risk and expense is to deal with a reputable agent. These trained professionals will usually have a good idea on what will make your house sell, such as what renovations and additions you’ll need to make. They might also have a better idea of the value of your property. What’s more, unless you’ve got a lot of time on your hands, you won’t be able to chase the leads or create the contacts a broker already has.

True Internet Success requires mastery of 4 areas…

1. CALL OUT – The first step to Internet success is to get prospects to your site.  Many look to Search Engines for their traffic, but we like to balance that with traditional marketing.

2. CAPTURE – The next step is to have a decent design and good content.  I’m appalled at the lack of quality content and design the average agent website has. here is a science to this and it is important to understand.  You can address specialties such as New Construction, Investments and First Time Buyers.  With good content and design, you will capture more prospects by compelling them to inquire about something that actually means something to them.  Remember, home hunting is an emotional process.

3. COMMUNICATE – Once you’ve captured them, it is key to respond quickly.  There are great methods utilizing PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) phones that will make it effortless to identify and respond to the best leads before they inquire to your competition.

4. CLOSE – Don’t underestimate the power of good closing skills.  It is too easy for some to get a prospect all the way here and then just “give away” the information they ask for without closing for the appointment.

realtor1.jpgDo you know that the logo and seal that states REALTOR indicates a real estates agent who are members of the National Association of Realtors, which is a self-governing body that is composed of real estates agents from all over the US? They are the true realtors for they are recognized by most states as authorized agents when it comes to property sales, purchases and rentals. The body is so trusted due to their strict adherence to a set Code of Ethics that is in accordance with common business practices. This means you get your moneys worth in advice or risk to loose it all with some other choice.
